Weekly Update 1/28/13

Communication Arts:
Story: Fly, Eagle, Fly!
Focus: Plot and Fact and Opinion
Genre: Fable
Spelling: VCCCV Pattern

Math: 
Finishing Unit 7: Multiplication and Division with 0-5, 9, and 10*
Starting Mini-Unit 8:
*Although we are finishing this unit on multiplication and division, students will continue to learn and practice multiplication facts. Almost all students have mastered the facts for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10! Woohoo!


Science:
Earth Materials: Rocks, Minerals, and Soil
